Today at school we made kites. The first kite we made was a fish kite and that took three days to make it. The second kite was the chinese dragon kite and we all got to help make one bit of the body. After lunch we made little kites and my one did not work because it broke. When we came to flying the kites we flew the dragon kite first but it did not work. Then we flew the fish kite and my one only worked a little bit. After that we flew each other's kites.

Some kites look a lot better than they fly don't they. You might have to think about how you would change things the next time you make them to make them even better. And then wait for a windy day to fly them. It was a lot of fun though wasn't it :-)
